RFQ - 2026 ABAG Energy Programs Grant Application and Funding Support Services Bench

Project Description: The Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG) seeks to establish pre-qualified list of consultants (“Bench”) to assist with identifying and applying for grants related to energy sources, building energy, and decarbonization, including impacts on health and resilience. There is an immediate need for assistance obtaining grants and funding to support BayREN’s Decarbonization Showcase and Decarbonization Financing services. Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), ABAG will select one or more qualified consultants (“Consultant Bench”) with which ABAG may contract to provide services related to this project on an as-needed basis. Consultants may be contracted to perform services regarding activities related to grant application and support. Please review all provided documents thoroughly for all relevant information.
