RFQ - 2026 ABAG Energy Programs Grant Application and Funding Support Services Bench

Project Description: [UPCOMING: January - February 2026] - The Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG) seeks to establish pre-qualified list of consultants (“Bench”) to to assist to identify and apply for grants related to energy sources, building energy and decarbonization, including impacts on health and resilience. There is an immediate need for assistance obtaining grants and funding to support BayREN’s Decarbonization Showcase and Decarbonization Financing services. All dates are preliminary and will be revised when procurement is finalized.
