RFQ194158A PURCHASE AND DELIVERY/PICKUP OF WATER, GAS AND WASTEWATER PLUMBING AND PIPELINE SUPPLIES, FITTINGS, VALVES AND OTHER ACCESORIES AND PARTS ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS FOR UP TO 3 YEARS.

The City of Palo Alto Utilities Department, Water, Gas, Wastewater Division requests quotations for the purchase and delivery and or pickup of PLUMBING AND PIPELINE SUPPLIES, FITTINGS, VALVE AND OTHER ACCESORIES AND PARTS ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS FOR UP TO 3 YEARS.

The City also reserves the right to award to multiple vendors based on the City’s needs per prices quoted.

The City shall award a Blanket Order to the two lowest responsive-responsible bidders of equal value to ensure availability of parts and materials on an as needed basis.

Bidders must Bid on all items listed in the bid forms for all years.

The City owns and operates all of its own Utilities and is responsible for all maintenance, repairs and replacements required throughout the City. It is imperative we have access to the parts as needed for maintenance, repairs and replacements.
