RFQ-26-203 A&E Services for Residential Standard Plans

Project Description: Engineer or Architect to prepare a series of standard housing plan sets that may be utilized by the general public for residential construction within the City of Yuma. In accordance with recent state legislation, cities and towns are required to solicit and purchase pre-approved standard plans for multiple housing types, including Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), single-family homes, two-family (duplex) units, and three-family (triplex) units. The City of Yuma seeks to develop a library of architecturally diverse, code-compliant, and permit-ready plans that reflect Yuma’s character, climate, and housing needs.
