Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), South Georgia State College is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) to accept bids for the removal, collection and disposal of fallen vegetative debris from the Douglas Campus, per the attached Bid Specifications. Pricing must include all applicable costs for products or services, including any applicable shipping charges FOB Destination to Douglas, GA, and all other requirements as outlined in the Specifications. All questions must be submitted to the Procurement Office via the Questions function on this solicitation. Prospective bidders should only contact South Georgia State College¿s Procurement Office regarding this solicitation. SITE VISIT INFORMATION: Please note that there is a Mandatory Bidder¿s Conference. The Conference begins promptly at 10:00 AM. Meeting location is SGSC Douglas Richey Hall, 100 College Park Dr. West, Douglas, GA 31533. Parking is available in front of the building. Plan to meet inside the building in the conference room. Single Award: Any contract award resulting from the RFQ will be made to the lowest, responsive and responsible supplier meeting all specifications and with whom South Georgia State College has reached agreement on all contract terms and conditions.
