Landscaping Request for Proposal B: Private Property
The Borough of Point Pleasant Beach is seeking the services of Landscapers, on a rotating basis, for the removal of weeds, unsightly plant growth, application of pesticides, and other general landscaping services for private property as ordered by the Borough.
The Contractor shall furnish all machinery, pesticides, labor and materials, technical personnel and all supervision.
After each parcel has been attended to and treated, it is the Contractor's responsibility to clean up and remove all debris. Clippings and trimmings or any other debris MAY NOT be blown into the street or onto adjacent properties.
A Certificate of Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000, a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate, and a Pesticide Applicator Certification issued by the NJDEP must be provided to the Borough.
Proposal
The Borough proposes to pay for the removal of weeds, application of pesticides, and general landscaping services on private property:
50X100 sq. foot parcel
50X125 sq. foot parcel or larger
Instructions to Bidders

The successful bidder must complete the work assigned within 3 business days of notification.

After each parcel has been maintained, it shall be the Contractor's responsibility to clean up and remove all debris from site.

Clippings, trimmings, or other detritus MAY NOT be blown into the street or onto adjacent properties.

The Contractor must provide the Borough of Point Pleasant Beach with a Certificate of Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.

The Contractor must provide the Borough of Point Pleasant Beach with a copy of their New Jersey State Business Registration.

The Contractor must provide the Borough of Point Pleasant Beach with a copy of their New Jersey Pesticide Applicator Certificate as issued by the NJ Department of Environmental Protections.

The Borough will pay for completed work, on a monthly basis, upon receipt of an invoice by the second Thursday of each month.

Sealed bids must specify a per-square foot cost estimate.

Bids must be marked "Landscaping RFP B" and submitted to the Borough Administrator by Friday, December 5, 2025, on or before 4 pm
