RFPQ - Phase 3 US31 Corridor Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Investment Project

Written offers to a Request for Proposals/Qualifications for the purpose of providing a Public-Private-Partnership will be received by the Hamilton County Board of Commissioners (the “County”), One Hamilton Square, Suite 157, Noblesville, IN 46060 until 12:00 noon Eastern time on November 10, 2025 for a Public-Private Agreement (as defined in IC 5-23-2) related to the potential constructing, operating, transferring, and developing of water and wastewater infrastructure (the “Phase 3 Project”) in the County pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Indiana Code, including, but not limited to, Indiana Code Section 5-23.

Submittals must be delivered to Mr. Mike Hubbs, Director of Administration, One Hamilton Square Suite 157, Noblesville, IN 46060 no later than 12:00 noon Eastern time.  Submittals time-stamped at 12:01 p.m. or after will be returned unopened to the Bidder.
