This is to inform you that Facilities Management Procurement (FMP) for Fraser Health Authority, Provincial Health Services Authority and Vancouver Coastal Health has posted the 2025 RFPQ Annual Refresh for the above noted prequalification opportunities on: Bonfire: https://fraserhealth.bonfirehub.ca/opportunitiesIn alignment with applicable trade agreements, FMP is conducting an annual refresh, restricted to its currently prequalified contractors and consultants only.  Submissions from new applicants or requests to evaluate existing thresholds will not be considered.

Each prequalified respondent must complete and submit the required response for their respective discipline(s) by the specified closing date and time.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Failure to submit the required documentation may result in removal from the prequalification list.  All submissions must be made through the Bonfire platform.OPENING DATE/TIME:  September 12, 2025, at 15:00 hours local timeCLOSING DATE/TIME: October 31, 2025, at 15:00 hours local time*** Note: All current pre-qualified lists will remain in effect until the refresh process has completed. An Open and Ongoing RFPQ for 2026 will be posted in early January 2026.  Once posted, new applicants may submit proposals for evaluation.
