It is the intent of the British Columbia Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) to conduct a two-stage solicitation process initiated with this Request for Pre-qualification (“RFPQ”). A second solicitation will be issued to only those successful Respondents that are prequalified. This RFPQ is an invitation by BC Housing to prospective Respondents to submit Responses to become Pre-Qualified for Construction Management at risk (CCDC5B-2010) Contract – Various Housing Projects -various location within British Columbia, as further described in Tender documents.

This process involves two stages, beginning with this Request for Pre-qualification (RFPQ). Only respondents who successfully prequalify will be placed on a list of approved proponents and invited to participate in the second-stage solicitation for any new potential opportunities.
