The University of Houston is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms for Building 1 HVAC improvement, located at Tech Bridge in Houston, Texas.

All labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary and reasonably inferable HVAC system replacement in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by O’Connell Robertson and issued on 12/22/2025.

One mandatory Pre-Proposal Zoom Meeting, and one mandatory site visit are scheduled.  Attendees must attend and sign in on both events in order to submit a proposal.

There will be a mandatory pre-submittal meeting held on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at 9:00 AM CT via Zoom. Failure to attend the mandatory pre-submittal meeting will result in disqualification. Prospective respondents must register in advance through the following link:
