The University invites you to submit a proposal to provide general contracting services for scope of typical projects including but not limited to, the repair or renovation for all University of Houston System facilities. Required services may include architectural renovation, concrete work, upgrades to mechanical systems, electrical distribution upgrades, building automation system upgrades, laboratory renovations, site work, fire protection upgrades, life safety upgrades, and utility infrastructure upgrades.

One MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Zoom Meeting, and one MANDATORY site visits are scheduled.  Attendees must attend and sign in on both events in order to submit a proposal.

•    MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Zoom Meeting
There will be a pre-submittal meeting held on Friday, November 21, 2025@ 9:00 AM CT via Zoom. Failure to attend the mandatory pre-submittal meeting will result in disqualification. Prospective respondents must register in advance through the following link:
