In accordance with Texas Education Code, Section 51.783, the University of Houston (“Owner”) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals (each, a “Proposal”) from qualified firms (each a “Respondent”) for Cougar Village 2 Exterior Ceiling Renovation (the “Project”), located at University of Houston, Main Campus in Houston, Texas.

A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Monday, June 9, 2025 at 3:00 PM CT at semi-circle driveway at 4373 Cougar Village Dr, Houston, TX, 77204.

A follow- up mandatory pre-proposal meeting will take place on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at 3:00 PM CT via Zoom.   Failure to attend both the site visit and pre-proposal Zoom meeting the mandatory pre-submittal meeting will result in disqualification.  Prospective respondents must register in advance through the following link and are strongly encouraged to register at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of scheduled pre-submittal meeting
