The University of Houston Division is seeking a firm for all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary and reasonably inferable to the Agrawal 310 Science Lab Build Out in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by The Thiel Design Group.

One MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Zoom Meeting, and one MANDATORY site visit is scheduled for this project.  Attendees must attend and sign in for both events in order to submit a proposal.

There will be a pre-proposal meeting held on Monday, December 8, 2025@ 3:00 PM CT via Zoom. Prospective respondents must register in advance through the following link:
