RFPC - Ice Machine Services, Cleaning, Repairs and Preventative Maintenance

Project Description: The Houston Community College System (“HCC and/or the “College”) is accepting sealed proposal from qualified contractors/vendors to provide inspection, cleaning, repairs and preventative maintenance on ice machines across HCC System. HCC reserves the right to add or subtract properties/locations during the contract term as required. Notice of such action will be given to the contractor/vendor in writing (30) days in advance. The purpose of this request is to allow HCC to purchase services from your firm while remaining in a first-class, professional manner in accordance with this RFP-C, specifications in compliance with state and federal laws and requirements. HCC reserves the right to award separate contracts to multiple contractors.
