The Town of Chino Valley is soliciting the services of qualified teams to perform consulting services for a complete rewrite of the Town’s existing Uniform Development Ordinance, returning it to a Zoning Code and a Subdivision Code.  No work is being requested on the Subdivision Code other that separating it from the Zoning Code.  Specific requirements are outlined in this Request for Proposals (RFP).
