| Solicitation Document Description: |
.1 The scope of work includes an online portal that will administer the details of the award program, a full online 24 hour self-serve (for the employee), help-desk support between the hours of 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST, the supply and delivery of awards/gifts, attendance and order tracking and reporting as part of the recognition program, award/gift tracking, gift wrapping, labelling, congratulatory cards, reminder services, reports, returns and assistance as necessary by both the contract manager and the employees.
.2 Suppliers are asked to provide a broad range of diverse gift items for which the City will choose 10-15 of those gifts proposed to present to eligible employees. Suppliers must provide a sample of each gift proposed as part of their submission. Supplier must provide reward catalogue in both web based and printed form for self-selection by employees that meet the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.(AODA) |
