RFP: WP0827011 Walker Square Park Improvements

The Milwaukee County Department of Administrative Services is requesting proposals from qualified professional consulting firms to provide design services for improvements to Walker Square Park located in the City of Milwaukee. The project will focus on design for specific site improvements identified through the Walker Square Park Site Framework planning effort completed in 2026.

Pre-Proposal Meeting: May 20, 2026 at 2:00pm. This meeting will be both in person and via video conference via Microsoft Teams.

If you would like to participate in the meeting in person, please arrive at 600 N Plankinton Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53203. Please email jack.sudar@milwaukeecountywi.gov with your interest in meeting in person before 2:00pm on May 19, 2026. Upon arrival, meet at the south elevators prior to 1:55pm when you will be met to receive access to the 6th floor. If there are issues with access you can alternatively check in with the front doorman who will be able to grant you access to the 6th floor. The meeting is to take place on the 6th floor in room 610.
