REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The Town of Woodbury is seeking competitive proposals from qualified contractors to install a Rain Garden within an existing lawn area located in front of the Woodbury Public Library (north side of the Boyd Building) at 281 Main Street South (Municipal Offices).. Specifications for the project are attached at the bottom.
The Town of Woodbury reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any technicality in a proposal or part there of submitted,and to accept a proposal deemed to be in the best interest and convenience of the Town of Woodbury(not necessarily the lowest bid).
It is the responsibility of each Contractor to check the website for any such addenda prior to submission of a proposal. Failure to address any related addenda may be grounds for the disqualification of any submitted proposal.

Sealed bids must be received in the First Selectman’s Office, 281 Main Street South, Woodbury, CT 06798-0369, no later than 2:00 p.m.Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at which time the proposals will be publicly opened. No Bids will be accepted past the specified time.It is the responsibility of the contractor to ensure a proposal is properly addressed, sealed and timely received. Please mark the envelope “Sealed Bid– MS4 Retrofit Project-Rain Garden-BID PROPOSAL”.
