EST, FRIDAY, OCTOBER 24, 2025. Proposals should be emailed to Anne McAllister, Business Officer, at amcallister@nhcgov.com. The subject line should contain RFP# 26-0187 WOOD & VEGETATIVE GRINDING SERVICES. New Hanover County Recycling & Solid Waste Department is accepting proposals for the grinding of recycled construction, demolition, and vegetative waste. Services are to be completed onsite at the New Hanover County Landfill at 5210 Hwy. 421 N., Wilmington, NC, as more fully described below under Section 3 - “Scope of Work”. Instructions for submitting Proposals and complete requirements and information may be obtained by visiting the County’s website at https://www.nhcgov.com/bids.aspx .
