Proposals will be received by Anne McAllister, Business Officer for “RFP # 26-0187 WOOD & VEGETATIVE GRINDING SERVICES” until 3:00 P.M. EST, FRIDAY, OCTOBER 24, 2025.

New Hanover County Recycling & Solid Waste Department is accepting proposals for the grinding of recycled construction, demolition, and vegetative waste. Services are to be completed onsite at the New Hanover County Landfill at 5210 Hwy. 421 N., Wilmington, NC, as more fully described below under Section 3 - “Scope of Work”.

Instructions for submitting Proposals and complete requirements and information may be obtained by visiting the County’s website at https://www.nhcgov.com/bids.aspx .

New Hanover County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals and to make the Award which will be in the best interest of the County.
