Summary Details
Project Description:
WLC Planning for Community Consolidation project includes decanting the Gateway program, home health services, and maternity clinic currently located at CMH and relocating to a community-based location. The intent is to maximize the use of existing IH-leased spaces and locate the services such that an integrated, effective service delivery configuration is achieved. As such, priority should be given to a solution that involves reconfiguring and utilizing existing lease space.
