Description / Background:

The City of Chino Hills (“City”) invites your organization to submit a written proposal to provide technical, regulatory consultation, application and agreement review and management, and other administrative assistance with wireless communications facility applications. The successful vendor will be awarded a contract for up to a five-year period. The proposal must clearly demonstrate how your organization would best satisfy the requirements of the City. This written Request for Proposal (RFP) states the scope of the City’s requirements and specifies the general rules for preparing the proposal.

Proposals must be received by the City Clerk’s Office no later than 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 12, 2024. Submissions received after this deadline will be rejected.  Submissions by facsimile or electronic mail will not be accepted.
