The City of Healdsburg is soliciting proposals from knowledgeable, qualified firms for Engineering Design Services

All proposals must be received either by mail or hand-delivered to 401 Grove Street, Healdsburg CA 95448 by 2:00PM PST, June 18th, 2025. The City will not accept proposals submitted by email or fax, nor will it accept proposals submitted after the specified deadline.
