Bids are being solicited by Cherokee Nation Cultural & Economic Development LLC wholly-owned entity identified in the attached Statement of Work to furnish pricing for restoration and preservation of the Will Rogers Birthplace Home and includes major structural improvements, MEP Upgrades, and a complete restoration of all interior and exterior finishes.

THERE IS A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING ON OCTOBER 29TH, 2024 AT 10AM. The meeting will be held at the project site. All questions will need to be submitted by email to Sr Buyer Amy Eubanks at amy.eubanks@cn-bus.com. The deadline for questions will be November 6th, by 5pm.
Bids are due on November 12th, by 5pm

Due to COVID-19 all bids shall be submitted by email using the following email address WRBPR_H.5ji9hu9d15gjw7ds@u.box.com. Proposals shall be submitted to this email address only, please do not copy the buyer on submittal. If you copy the buyer on submittal, it can be grounds for disqualification.
