Project Description: The City of Cibolo is seeking a qualified contractor to manage its Wayfinding Sign Plaza Program and assume all financial responsibility, including operations, solicitation, and revenue generation. The program’s purpose is to direct homebuyers, residents, and visitors to new subdivisions, homebuilders, businesses, and public facilities while reducing the use of unsightly or unsafe off-site “bandit signs.”
