RFP - Watershed Navigator Development and Implementation Services

Clean Water Services (District) invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to provide Watershed Navigator Development and Implementation services.
Interested firms or individuals must submit proposals electronically to Kris Duffe, Procurement Specialist, via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/4625_Rfp___Watershed_Navigator_Development_And_Implementation_Services (Bid Locker) by February 20, 2025, at 4:00:00 p.m., (PST). District will not accept late proposals or proposals that are faxed, mailed, or emailed. Before consultants can submit their proposals, they will need to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus . There is no cost to register. Proposals will not be opened publicly nor read aloud.

Copies of the Request for Proposals (RFP) can be downloaded from Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/4625_Rfp___Watershed_Navigator_Development_And_Implementation_Services . It is the Proposer’s responsibility to refer daily to Bid Locker’s website to check for any available amendments or addenda, response to inquiries or questions, cancellations, or notices of intent to award, and any and all information regarding this opportunity. It is not District’s responsibility to notify participating Proposers by email or by any other means of any of the above. District may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may cancel the solicitation or reject, for good cause, any or all proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
