RFP - Waste Removal and Recycling Services for Yorkton, Melville and Canora , SK

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by SaskTel to prospective Suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of Waste Removal/Cardboard Recycling Services in Yorkton, Melville, and Canora, SK. as further described below (the “Deliverables”). The locations are:

70 1st Avenue North, Yorkton (6 yards waste and recycling)
210 York Road West, Yorkton (6 yards waste and recycling)
195 King Street, Melville (6 yards waste and recycling)
417 Main Street, Canora (6 yards waste only)

Work includes:
-Supply a (vendor owned) waste/recycle containers to the sites, as listed above.
-Pickup and dispose waste to an off-site location; recycle material to an off-site recycling agent/location.
-Coordinate the pickup schedule (timing during the day and week) and number of containers per site, with SaskTel.
-Vendor pricing to include fuel/Carbon surcharge as part of the total price.
-Vendor to forward a copy of documents signed between landfill/recycling agent and vendor.
-Vendor to forward a copy of vendor's green program in reducing and or recycling waste products.
-Vendor to supply SaskTel with a weigh bill report per month basis, if applicable.
-The invoice to itemize all charges, (i.e. landfill charges) and weights, as applicable.
-Waste removal and recycling service frequencies will be to the discretion and by request of facilities management and SaskTel.

Participation process:
Suppliers interested in participating in this opportunity must do so via SaskTel’s e-Sourcing tool with Ariba.

Suppliers not yet registered with SaskTel’s Ariba domain, must first complete the Self Registration process by clicking on the link provided below. Suppliers not registered and approved with SaskTel’s Ariba e-sourcing tool, will not be able to participate in this opportunity.

Note: Suppliers with an active Ariba Commerce Cloud account not previously registered with SaskTel, must ensure they login using their existing Ariba account ID to register with SaskTel as the first step in the registration process.
