The UTAH TRANSIT AUTHORITY (UTA) is requesting proposals (RFQu) from
responsive and responsible qualified firms for Davis-SLC Community Connector Final
Design and Construction Phase Services.
The responses are due Feb 19, 2026, at 2:00 pm in Bonfire.
Please log on to Bonfire at utah.bonfirehub.com; If you have already registered, login and search
by Utah Transit Authority or the RFQu number (26-03040VW). If you need to create an account,
please select “Create Account” and then you can search UTA or the RFQu number. If you need

Instructions to proposers are included in the RFQu documents.
The contractor selected will be required to comply with all applicable Federal and State laws,
