Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors to provide Vision Coverage for Employees and Retirees. Please refer to RFP #26-486 when inquiring about this solicitation.

A Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on May 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST . Register with the buyer, Garrison Frey, at GFrey@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link. Additionally, you may call 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID 244 875 950# and you will be conferenced in.

Due Date: June 5, 2026, by 2:00 PM EST. Proposals must be submitted electronically through OpenGov.
Proposals will be opened via Microsoft Teams. Link to join is located within the project documents in OpenGov.
