Description
Project Description: The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: a comprehensive cloud-based Virtual Reality Plaftorm (VRP) system tailored to the needs of Snow College a higher education institution.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
Length of Contract: 2 year with 3 - 1 year renewable options
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 2 years as well as the 3 option years
