  • Summary:The Department of Medical Assistance Services (“DMAS”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to obtain one Contractor for “Fiscal Agent Services (FAS)” (previously known and referred to as the “Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS)” Solution) and call center services to address inquiries from Medicaid members and providers. DMAS desires a Solution that will transform business processes and replace legacy FAS services. The Solution should position DMAS to further enhance its operational capabilities as future advances become available in both technology and business processes recommended by CMS, DMAS or industry. Interested Suppliers are encouraged to review the attached documents for further details and requirements associated with this solicitation.
