on the Empire State Purchasing Group internet web site at http://bidnetdirect.com/new-york
(“Bidnet”).
Today, February 20, 2026, this Addendum #1 is posted to Bidnet. This Addendum #1 changes
the submission deadline to March 12, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., local time.

Notice To Bidders
The Town of Colonie (“Town”) invites bids for the following:
RFP: Vending Machines at Various Town Buildings DB341
Sealed proposals will be received at the Office of Purchasing, Memorial Town Hall, Latham, NY
12110 until February 25, 2026 10:00 AM local time. At that time and place all proposals will be
publicly opened and read aloud.
All proposers shall comply with the N.Y. Gen. Mun. Law §103.
Beginning on February 11, 2026, the solicitation documents for this matter will be on file and
publicly exhibited at the Office of Purchasing, 534 New Loudon Road, Memorial Town Hall,
Latham, NY 12110. Copies of said documents may be obtained at that address. Complete bid
documents may also be available for download from the Empire State Purchasing Group’s web
site at http://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york.
Proposals submitted by hand or otherwise delivered to the Town shall be enclosed in a sealed,
opaque envelope. The envelope shall be marked on the outside with the project title and name
and address of the Proposer. The submission shall consist of the completed pages of this
document marked “TO BE SUBMITTED”, the Proposer's Proposal, and any other pertinent
documents. If the Proposal is sent through the mail or other physical delivery system, the
sealed, opaque envelope containing the Proposal shall be marked with the notation "Proposal
Enclosed" on the face thereof AND marked on the outside with the project title and name and
address of the Proposer.
Alternatively, a Proposal may be submitted by email to purchasing@townofcolonie.gov. Such
an emailed Proposal should list the project title in the subject line. Please note: the Town’s limit
for receiving electronic files via email is 20 megabytes. If you choose to submit electronically
and your file is larger than 20 megabytes, you must use the following link to upload file:

Purchasing by phone at 518-783-2726 or by email at purchasing@townofcolonie.gov for the
required password to submit your files using the link above.
The Town of Colonie reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids
submitted.
