The City of San Marcos is soliciting sealed proposals to be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Bldg 3, 630 E Hopkins St, San Marcos, TX 78666, as outlined below:

Proposals must be received no later than July 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM, Local Time, and will be publicly acknowledged immediately thereafter via Teams videoconference. Instructions are included in the solicitation documents.

Award is scheduled for the September 1, 2026, City Council meeting at 6:00 p.m. or any subsequent time.
