Bid Proposals: The Assistant Vice President of Procurement Services at Montclair State University will receive bids for Request for Proposal 1621 Upper Roof Replacement: Blanton Hall by April 30, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., when they will be publicly opened in the Third Floor Lobby of the Overlook Corporate Center, 150 Clove Road, Little Falls, NJ 07424.

Scope of Services Overview: The project consists of all labor, materials, equipment and disposal to perform the following: Removal and replacement of existing stone/gravel, roofing, flashing, insulation and perimeter metal edge flashing and fascia, scupper collector boxes and leaders with new reinforced TPO membrane roofing, flat and tapered insulation, crickets and sumps, flashing, metal perimeter edge flashing and fascia, scupper collector boxes and leaders.
