Solicitation Description:

Scope of Work:

The University of Houston (the “University”), through its UH Health division, is seeking a qualified consulting firm to support a strategic planning process for the development of a Health Sciences Center (HSC). This engagement will be conducted on a limited, phased basis.

The consultant will help gather input from key internal stakeholders, clarify a shared vision for the HSC, and identify important considerations that will shape its development. Working with University leadership and academic deans, the consultant will help outline a proposed organizational structure and financial framework for the HSC.

The consultant will also develop budget models for a range of funding scenarios to support long-term planning and inform legislative financial discussions.
