Jaggaer Sourcing Event Portal - Any solicitations found within the JAGGAERSourcing Event Portal must be submitted through this link. The event portalwill include all up to date information and documents related to thissolicitation.

Electronic State Business Daily(ESBD)/ State of Texas Bid Portal - This portal includes reference documentsrelated to bids, however , responsesto bids will only be accepted via Jaggaer.

To locate university solicitations onthe ESBD: Search Agency/TexasSmartBuy Member Name , select Universityof Houston – 730. Under Status,select Posted and click search to get a list of active Universityof Houston projects.
