The University invites you to submit a proposal to provide as needed ANSUL PM services and repair per the

NFPA Standards for Wet Chemical Extinguishing Systems over a multi-year span. Specific system components

and locations will be identified in supporting documentation. The RFP will be competed on costs for the known

required PM’s needed along with labor rates, material and subcontractor markups, and overall value provided to

the University when repairs are needed.

A mandatory pre-proposal site-visit will be held in person at the University of Houston General Services Building (GSB) room 171 on Thursday, March 27, 2025 @ 9:00 am CT.
