Search for GRDA or Grand River Dam Authority and RFP 71.1000 Unit 1 Cooling Tower Removal GREC. No proposal will be accepted via phone, fax, voicemail, or email. You must be registered with Bid Express to view the Documents. It cost nothing to register but does cost to upload your proposal.

The attached GRDA Unit 1 Cooling Tower Demolition Pre-Qualification Statement 2025 Excel Sheet must be completed and returned via email to eric.pipkin@grda.com NLT 12:00 PM CST 7 May 2025. This will be the only document that will be sent via email.

There will be a mandatory site visit on 8 May 2025 at 2:00 PM CST at the GRDA Unit 1 Cooling Tower site, 8142 HWY 412B Chouteau, OKLA. 74337. You will arrive at the North Gate and will then be escorted to the Cooling Tower. You must attend the site visit to submit a proposal for the project. Once the site visit is complete, only those on the sign in roster will be able to access Bid Express.

The Q&A for this project will close on 9 May 2025 at 12:00 PM CST. All Q&A must be processed through the Bid Express website. None will be processed via phone, fax, voicemail, or email.
