RFP - Tuck Point at Eugene Field and Ottawa Middle Schools - Ottawa, KS

RELEASE DATE: December 17, 2025

In accordance with Proposal Documents, Ottawa USD 290 School District is soliciting proposals for the tuck pointing and EIFS work on the exterior buildings at Eugene Field and Ottawa Middle School. The District tentatively plans to begin this project as soon as February 11, 2026 with work to be completed on or before July 31, 2026.

Proposals will be received at the by Ottawa USD 290 District Facilities Operations Department Office 1017 West 13th St. Ottawa, Kansas 66067 until the above time.

The intent of this proposal is to include all items necessary for the proper execution and/or completion of tuck pointing and EIFS work on the exterior buildings at Eugene Field and Ottawa Middle School. Vendors are expected to propose their best solution to meet the District’s needs as defined in this RFP. The District will not tailor these needs to fit solutions that a particular Vendor may have available.

The District wishes to avoid experimentation on this project. The Vendor shall propose only established products under this agreement, unless otherwise declared by the Vendor and agreed upon by the District. Established products are defined as those that have been used successfully in customer sites prior to the execution of this contract. Other evidence offering substantially the same level of assurances in the District’s judgment may be considered in place of this requirement.

All proposals must contain all information requested in this RFP.

If hand delivered or mailed the proposals must be submitted in a sealed opaque envelope, with the Vendor’s name, return address and RFP clearly displayed. Submit all proposal documents to:
