Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors to provide Trauma Focused Counseling Services . Please refer to RFP #26-807-CP when inquiring about this solicitation.

A Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on May 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST . Register with the buyer, Kristal McKenrick at KMcKenrick@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link. Additionally, you may call 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID 401 701 690# and you will be conferenced in.

Due Date: July 15, 2026, by 10:00 M EST. Proposals must be submitted electronically through OpenGov.
Proposals will be opened via Microsoft Teams. Link available within the documents on OpenGov.
