The purpose of this solicitation for Transition Assessment and Readiness Services for Migration to Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service (CCS) (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide professional services to assess the readiness of JEA’s business and technical units for a transition from the existing Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B v2.4.2) and Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM v2.5) platforms to the latest version of Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service (CCS) as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.
