The following is a summary only and does not replace the full RFP.

Description/Background:

The City of Chino Hills is seeking qualified firms to perform traffic counts and data collection services on an annual on-call basis. The City of Chino Hills is required by the State to update and maintain traffic counts and keep traffic data up to date.

The City will select one or more firms to perform the work on an “on-call” basis. Consultant’s proposal shall list all available services with the corresponding fee schedules that the consultant is willing to provide. Please refer to the Scope of Services and other details pertaining to submittal requirements.

Contract Duration:

The successful vendor will be awarded a contract for a three (3) year period. Contract may be renewed for a maximum of two (2) one (1) year periods, subject to approval by the City of Chino Hills' City Council.

The submittal package shall include: in a sealed envelope: one (1) bound copy and one (1) electronic copy (flash drive is preferred method, emails not accepted) of the proposal; One (1) original and one (1) copy of the cost proposal in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked "Sealed Cost Proposal" and a signed W-9.

Proposer must be willing to enter into an agreement with the City of Chino Hills. A copy of the agreement accompanies the full RFP. Please review this agreement and provide the City with a written statement of your firm's willingness to accept the terms of the agreement. Please specifically identify each and every term of the agreement which your firm is unwilling to accept and the reason therefore.
