Description: The New York State Public Service Commission (Commission) seeks an independent consulting firm to perform a focused operations audit of Frontier Communications Parent, Inc. (Frontier or the Company). Frontier is the parent company of seven Independent Local Exchange Companies (ILECs) and affiliates, and one Competitive LEC (CLEC) (together referred to herein as the New York operating entities). The audit will review the Companies’ telecommunications businesses in New York State in accordance with New York State Public Service Law (PSL) §96(6).
