RFP - Ticketing System

Project Description: Snow College is looking for a vendor to provide a vendor hosted box office ticketing software system for the College. Thus having the vendor to maintain all the PCI/PA-DSS compliance. The system would handle all athletic events, concerts, fine arts performances, such as, music and dance concerts, theater plays/movies, as well as moving into other types of student events. The vendor is to provide all costs for software, labor, all materials, equipment, tools, inspections, and all travel expenses associated with this project, to bring it up to a viable running system for the College.
Snow College invites interested parties to submit a proposal to provide the college with these services.
The College currently uses Ticketsage for this operation.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code. This will be a two stage RFP. Those scoring high enough
Length of Contract: 5 years
Budget constraint for this system is $50,000 yearly budget
