The City of O'Fallon is accepting sealed proposals for third party administrator services.
Specifications are available at www.ofallonmo.gov/bid-opportunities.
Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "RFP #26-032 Third
Party Administrator Services" to the City of O'Fallon, Attn: Christine Grabin, Purchasing
Agent, 100 North Main Street, O'Fallon, MO 63366, by 12:00 P.M. CDT, May 19, 2026.
There will be no public opening of the proposals.
The City of O'Fallon reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and waive any
irregularities. The City of O'Fallon also reserves the right to select the lowest and/or best
proposal as determined by the City in its sole discretion.
