The City of Houston (“City”) Finance Department is seeking proposals from qualified Proposers for the supply of electricity and related services to City facilities. The resulting contract will have a term of either 5, 7, or 10 years, with two (2) one-year extension options. The City reserves the right to negotiate a different final contract term other than that referenced above if it is deemed to add value to the City.
