Project Overview:

Summit County is looking to purchase several fleet vehicles. The County would like to purchase all vehicles from one dealership with the best pricing.

Project Timeline:

• RFP available: December 30, 2025
• Deadline for Proposal Questions: January 14, 2026
• Proposals Due: January 16, 2026 at 5:00 PM

Scope of Work:

Summit County is in the market to purchase the following vehicles:

7- Silver Ford F150s, Responder Package, Super Crew, 3.5 Eco Boost, spot lamp prep kit, LED fog lamps, 18” Aluminum Wheels, 4x4

1-SIlver Toyota Highlander, 4x4

1- Red Ford F-150 3.5 Eco Boost, Crew Cab 4x4

2- Silver Tahoe, pursuit package rated 4x4 (2 K-9 units)

1- Silver Tahoe, 4x4

1- Red Toyota Tacoma Hybrid Crew Cab 4x4 Public Works

1- White Toyota Tacoma Hybrid Crew Cab 4x4

3- Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro Hybrid Crew Cab 4x4 (no specified color)

2-White Toyota Rav4 Hybrid

1-White Chevy Bolt EV

Reasonable substitutions may be submitted if the dealer does not sell a particular Make and Model or meet sufficient quantities. Responses must include explanation for all substitutions. Explanations may be short and simple.

The County retains the right to reject all bids.

Submission Requirements:

• Project Schedule.  Indicate the anticipated delivery of the vehicles
• Proposed Fee.  Include costs per individual vehicle and the total cost of all vehicles.

• RFP Questions- Please submit all questions to Clay Coleman via email.
• All Proposals must include a cover letter indicating the Respondent’s name, address, telephone number, and an email address. The Proposal must be signed by an authorized representative of Respondent’s firm.

Evaluation Metrics and Criteria:

• Cost per vehicle
• Dealer estimated fuel economy (if applicable)
• Dealer warranties (if applicable)
