The purpose of this solicitation for Subrogation Claims Adjustment Software Program (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a Company to provide a Subrogation Claims Adjustment software program as described in the Technical Specifications (Appendix A) and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regard to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.
