Bid Proposals: The Assistant Vice President of Procurement Services at Montclair State University will receive bids for Request for Proposal 1625 Student Kitchen Renovation: Russ Hall by May 29, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., when they will be publicly opened in the Third Floor Lobby of the Overlook Corporate Center, 150 Clove Road, Little Falls, NJ 07424.

Scope of Services Overview: The project consists of all labor, materials, equipment and disposal to perform the following: Work shall include, but not limited to, renovation of existing kitchen (130B) into an inviting and accessible community kitchen for student use. Project includes new countertops, wall cabinetry, ceiling, flooring, tile work, and suite of appliances.
