The County of Marin is committed to fostering a workplace culture that values learning, growth, feedback, and development. Recent employee engagement survey results highlighted a strong desire among staff for expanded opportunities in learning, skill-building, and career development. In particular, employees expressed the importance of clear pathways for professional growth and greater access to development resources that support both individual and organizational success. The County’s investment in expanded learning and development programs reflects a strategic response to employee input, organizational priorities, and community expectations.
By creating clear pathways for growth and equipping employees with the skills and support they need, the County of Marin is building a resilient, adaptive, and values driven organization prepared to meet the evolving needs of the
community. The benefit to the broader community includes the development of a highly skilled and engaged workforce that prioritizes delivering responsive and effective public services.
In alignment with this commitment, the County of Marin is undertaking this Request for Proposal process as a step towards the expansion of services through a rich array of vendors to supplement these needs. Because of the many identified needs and focus areas; vendors will have the opportunity to submit proposals for any or all of the three subsections included within this proposal including:
A. Coaching
B. Organizational Development; and/or
C. Training
